Tennessee Onions are a Southern comfort food side dish — simple, cheesy, and packed with sweet, savory flavor. They’re made by baking thick slices of Vidalia (or any sweet) onions with butter, seasoning, and a gooey cheese topping until golden and bubbling. Perfect with BBQ, burgers, or steak!
