Stuffed Crust Pizza Bites

Here’s a fun and super satisfying recipe for Stuffed Crust Pizza Bites — cheesy, doughy, bite-sized snacks filled with melty mozzarella and your favorite pizza toppings. Perfect for game day, parties, or a kid-friendly dinner!


🍕 Stuffed Crust Pizza Bites

✅ Ingredients (Makes ~20–24 bites)

🍞 For the Dough (or use store-bought):

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
    (OR use homemade dough if preferred)

🧀 Fillings:

  • 20–24 small cubes of mozzarella (or string cheese cut into pieces)

  • Mini pepperoni, chopped sausage, or cooked bacon (optional)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

🍳 For Assembly:

  • 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Pizza sauce or marinara, for dipping


🥣 Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease.


2. Prepare Dough

  • Unroll pizza dough and cut into 2 to 2½ inch squares (you should get ~20–24 pieces).

  • Place a cube of mozzarella (and a bit of meat if using) in the center of each square.


3. Seal and Shape

  • Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.

  • Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.


4. Brush and Season

  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder.

  • Brush over each bite.

  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan.


5. Bake

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

  • Let cool slightly before serving.


6. Serve with Dip

  • Serve warm with pizza sauce, ranch, or garlic butter for dipping!


🧊 Storage & Reheating

  • Fridge: Store in airtight container for 3–4 days

  • Reheat: In oven at 350°F or air fryer for 3–4 minutes

  • Freeze: Freeze before baking, then bake from frozen adding 2–3 minutes to cook time


🔄 Variations

  • 🥬 Veggie option: Add chopped bell peppers, spinach, or olives

  • 🌶️ Spicy: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes inside or drizzle with hot honey

  • 🧄 Cheesy garlic crust: Add more garlic and cheese topping before baking

  • 🍗 Protein-packed: Use chopped cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce instead of marinara
