These quick and easy pastries deliver all the flavor of pumpkin pie wrapped in a buttery crescent roll โ€” perfect for a snack, brunch, or a simple dessert.

  • 1 can (8 ct) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • ยฝ cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • ยผ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 egg yolk (for egg wash โ€“ optional)

Optional toppings:

  • Powdered sugar

  • Maple glaze

  • Whipped cream

๐Ÿ”น 1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a small bowl, mix together:

    • Pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and optional cinnamon.

  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.

  • Place 1โ€“1ยฝ teaspoons of pumpkin mixture near the wide end of each triangle.

  • Carefully roll up the crescent from the wide end to the tip.

  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • Optional: Brush with egg yolk for a shiny finish.

  • Bake for 10โ€“12 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Let cool slightly before serving.
