⭐ Never-Fail 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

🕒 Prep Time: 5 minutes

⏱️ Cook Time: 5 minutes

❄️ Chill Time: 1–2 hours

🍽️ Makes: 36 small squares


📝 Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • ½ cup milk (whole milk preferred)

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


👩‍🍳 Instructions

🔹 1. Prepare the Pan

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

🔹 2. Heat Sugar & Milk

  • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and milk.

  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Once boiling, boil for 2½ to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Optional: For firmer fudge, go closer to 3 minutes.

🔹 3. Add Peanut Butter & Vanilla

  • Remove from heat.

  • Immediately stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.

  • Mix quickly until smooth and fully combined.

🔹 4. Pour and Chill

  • Pour into prepared dish and smooth the top.

  • Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.

🔹 5. Slice & Serve

  • Cut into small squares.

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature (for up to 5 days) or in the fridge (for up to 2 weeks).


🧁 Optional Add-ins

  • Chopped peanuts for crunch

  • Mini chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate on top

  • Sea salt flakes for a salty-sweet contrast

  • Swap in crunchy peanut butter for texture
