Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp peppermint extract (start small β itβs strong!)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Green food coloring (optional, 2β3 drops for that classic mint look)

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip) or 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions:

Beat the base
In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and food coloring until smooth and fluffy. -
Fold in fluffiness
Gently fold in the whipped topping (or freshly whipped cream) until combined and light. -
Add the chips
Stir in most of the mini chocolate chips, saving a few for garnish. -
Chill (optional)
Chill for 20β30 minutes for best texture β but it’s also great served immediately. -
