Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or line with parchment strips for easy removal.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, seasoning, salt, pepper, and ¼ cup of ketchup. Mix until just combined—don’t overwork the meat. -
Shape and place:
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions. Press each into a muffin cup or shape into small loaves on a baking sheet. -
