You’re in for a treat — Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken is one of the easiest viral comfort food recipes out there! It’s juicy, creamy, and loaded with flavor thanks to a savory mayo-Parmesan coating that bakes into a golden, flavorful crust. Best part? Only 5–6 basic ingredients.


🍗 Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken (Original Mayo-Parmesan Style)

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: ½ tsp paprika or Italian seasoning


🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Pat chicken dry with paper towels (helps the coating stick and the chicken brown better).

  3. In a small bowl, mix together:

    • Mayonnaise

    • Parmesan

    • Garlic powder

    • Salt, pepper, and other seasonings

  4. Spread the mayo mixture generously over the top of each chicken breast.

  5. Place chicken in a greased or foil-lined 9×13 baking dish.

  6. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

    • Optional: Broil the last 2–3 minutes to get a golden, bubbly top.
