π Ingredients
For the Brownie Base:

1 box brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as called for)

For the Cheesecake Layer:

1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners or use silicone molds.
2. Prepare the brownie batter:
Mix the boxed brownie mix according to package directions.
3. Scoop and bake brownie bases:
Fill each cupcake liner about β
full with brownie batter.
Bake for 10β12 minutes, just until the tops are starting to set (not fully cooked yet).
4. Make cheesecake layer:
While brownies bake, beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
5. Add cheesecake layer:
Remove brownies from oven and gently spoon or pipe cheesecake mixture on top of each partially baked brownie.
