You’re in dessert heaven with this one! 🍫🧁 A Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cup combines rich, fudgy brownies, creamy cheesecake, and over-the-top toppings like ganache, cookie crumbles, or candy β€” all in a perfectly portioned cup. It’s indulgent, impressive, and surprisingly easy to make.

For the Brownie Base:

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as called for)
    OR use your favorite homemade brownie recipe

For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ΒΌ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional β€œLoaded” Toppings:

  • Chocolate ganache or hot fudge

  • Crushed Oreos or chocolate chip cookies

  • Mini peanut butter cups

  • Sprinkles or caramel drizzle

  • Whipped cream

1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners or use silicone molds.

2. Prepare the brownie batter:

Mix the boxed brownie mix according to package directions.

3. Scoop and bake brownie bases:

Fill each cupcake liner about β…“ full with brownie batter.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, just until the tops are starting to set (not fully cooked yet).

4. Make cheesecake layer:

While brownies bake, beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

5. Add cheesecake layer:

Remove brownies from oven and gently spoon or pipe cheesecake mixture on top of each partially baked brownie.
Return to oven and bake another 15–18 minutes, or until cheesecake is set and just starting to turn golden on the edges.

6. Cool & chill:

Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is even better).

7. Top and load them up:

Before serving, add your favorite toppings:

  • Drizzle with ganache or fudge

  • Sprinkle with crushed cookies or candy

  • Add a swirl of whipped cream and a cherry on top!

  • Use blondie batter instead of brownies for a caramel twist
