Ingredients:

8 oz (225g) mascarpone cheese, chilled

1/4 cup strong brewed espresso or coffee, cooled

1 1/2 cups crushed ladyfingers, graham crackers, or digestive biscuits

1/2 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp instant espresso powder (optional, for extra kick)

1/2 cup cocoa powder (for rolling)

Instructions:

Prepare the Base:
In a mixing bowl, blend the mascarpone, brewed coffee, powdered sugar, vanilla, and espresso powder until smooth. -
Add the Crumbs:
Stir in the crushed biscuits or ladyfingers gradually until the mixture thickens and holds its shape. It should be soft but not too sticky. -
Chill:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to firm up the mixture. -
Form Truffles:
