🍖 Air Fryer Lamb Chops

🕒 Prep Time: 10 mins (plus optional marinating)

🔥 Cook Time: 8–12 mins

Serves: 2–4 (depending on chop size)


🧂 Ingredients:

  • 4–6 lamb chops (rib or loin, about 1 inch thick)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (or ½ tsp dried)

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon lemon juice or zest for brightness

  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat


🥣 Instructions:

✅ 1. Marinate the lamb (recommended)

  • Pat lamb chops dry.

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.

  • Rub the mixture over the lamb chops.

  • Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for max flavor).

✅ 2. Preheat the air fryer

  • Set to 400°F (200°C). Preheat for 2–3 minutes if your model needs it.

✅ 3. Air fry

  • Place lamb chops in the basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

  • Air fry for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway through:

    • Rare: 120°F (~6–7 mins)

    • Medium-Rare: 130°F (~8–9 mins)

    • Medium: 140°F (~10 mins)

    • Well-done: 150°F+ (~12+ mins)

📏 Use a meat thermometer for best results — lamb cooks fast!

✅ 4. Rest & serve

  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
