Air fryer burgers

Here’s a quick and juicy recipe for Air Fryer Burgers — no grill, no mess, just perfectly cooked patties with a tender inside and crispy edges, ready in under 15 minutes!


🍔 Easy Air Fryer Burgers

🥩 Ingredients (Makes 4 burgers):

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 recommended for juiciness)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Optional toppings: cheese slices, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, buns, etc.


🧤 Instructions:

1. Preheat Air Fryer:

  • Set to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.


2. Form the Patties:

  • Mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire (if using).

  • Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about ½ inch thick.

  • Press a slight indent in the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent puffing.


3. Air Fry the Burgers:

  • Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer (don’t overlap).

  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through:

    • Medium doneness: 8 minutes total

    • Well-done: 10–12 minutes total

    • Internal temp should be 160°F (71°C) for ground beef

✅ Add cheese during the last 1–2 minutes to melt.


4. Toast the Buns (Optional):

  • Place buns in the air fryer (cut side up) at 350°F (175°C) for 1–2 minutes for extra crunch.


🍽️ Build Your Burger:

Stack it up with your favorite toppings like:

  • Cheddar, Swiss, or American cheese

  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles

  • Ketchup, mustard, mayo, BBQ sauce


📝 Tips:

  • Want turkey or chicken burgers? Use same method but cook to 165°F (74°C).

  • Freeze raw patties for future use — just add 2–3 mins to cook time from frozen.

  • Make it low-carb: serve in lettuce wraps or over a salad!
