These are sweet waffle cones filled with creamy cheesecake filling, juicy peach cobbler, and crunchy toppings — perfect for parties, BBQs, or just when you’re feeling fancy and indulgent.

🍑 Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones

🧁 Ingredients:

For the Peach Cobbler:

  • 2–3 cups fresh or canned peaches, sliced

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip) or homemade whipped cream

For Assembly:

  • Waffle cones (store-bought or dipped in white chocolate for extra fun)

  • Crushed graham crackers or crumble topping

  • Optional: caramel drizzle, cinnamon sugar, whipped cream

🍳 Instructions:

1. Make the Peach Cobbler Filling:

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

  • Add sliced peaches, sugars, cinnamon, and vanilla.

  • Simmer for 5–10 minutes until peaches are soft and syrupy.

  • Mix in cornstarch slurry (½ tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water) if you want it thicker.

  • Let cool completely.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.

  • Fold in whipped topping until creamy.

  • Chill for 15–30 minutes for best texture.

3. Assemble the Cones:

  • Fill cones halfway with cheesecake filling (use a piping bag or spoon).

  • Add a spoonful of peach cobbler.

  • Repeat layers if space allows.

  • Top with crushed graham crackers or cobbler crumble.

  • Optional: drizzle with caramel or whipped cream on top.

🧊 Make-Ahead Tip:

  • Assemble right before serving so cones don’t get soggy.

  • You can prep all components ahead and refrigerate separately.

🔄 Variations:

  • Swap peaches for apples, berries, or cherry pie filling.

  • Use mini cones for party-sized desserts.

  • Add a touch of bourbon to the peach mix for a boozy kick.
