Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Cranberry Pecan Clusters — sweet, tart, nutty, and perfect for gifting, snacking, or a quick no-bake treat.

🍫 Cranberry Pecan Clusters (No-Bake)

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pecan halves or pieces (lightly toasted for extra flavor)

  • ¾ cup dried cranberries

  • 1½ cups chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white — your choice)

  • 1 tsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother melting)

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional, for topping)

🔥 Instructions:

1. Toast the Pecans (Optional but Recommended):

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 6–8 minutes, just until fragrant.

  • Let cool slightly.

2. Melt the Chocolate:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using).

  • Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.

    • OR melt over a double boiler on the stove.

3. Combine:

  • Stir the toasted pecans and dried cranberries into the melted chocolate.

  • Mix well to evenly coat.

4. Form Clusters:

  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt on top if desired.

5. Chill to Set:

  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes or until fully hardened.

🧊 Storage:

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

  • Can also be frozen for longer storage.

📝 Variations:

  • Use white chocolate for a sweeter holiday-style treat.

  • Add shredded coconut, chia seeds, or a drizzle of caramel for extra flair.

  • Swap pecans with walnuts or almonds if preferred.
