🥘 Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

🍗 Ingredients (Serves 6–8):

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded (rotisserie works great)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits (Grands or similar), cut into quarters

  • Optional: 1/2 cup cooked peas or mixed vegetables

  • Optional topping: 1/4 cup melted butter mixed with crushed Ritz crackers or French fried onions

🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Mix the filling

  • In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic & onion powder, cheese, and season with salt and pepper.

  • Stir in the cooked chicken and any optional veggies.

3. Add biscuits

  • Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture until well coated.

4. Assemble and bake

  • Pour everything into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

  • (Optional) Sprinkle the buttery cracker topping evenly over the top.

  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cooked through in the center.

5. Rest and serve

  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

📝 Tips:

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of hot sauce or a sprinkle of ranch seasoning.

  • Swap cream of chicken for cream of mushroom or cheddar soup for variety.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or microwave.
